Our Brand Story
Indus
The Indus Region (Ancient Indus Valley Civilization) is considered the oldest civilization in the world (over 8,000 years old) and even predates the Ancient Egyptian and Mesopotamian civilization by thousands of years. The ancient Indus Valley Civilization is known for many things, but most importantly for their extremely well planned cities.
Parts of this region and the other parts of India were later known as the “Golden Bird”. Later the Indian region was the wealthiest in the world at one stage contributing to almost 25% of the worlds GDP. Not only wealth, this region also had its golden period of intellect and inventions. Some of the greatest minds that contributed to the world, as we know it today came from here. The discovery of zero, Ayurveda, Yoga, Astronomy, Chess etc. being just some of the examples.
Now again in the 21’st Century India is emerging as a global economic & intellectual power. Indian origin Entrepreneurs and CEO’s are coming of age and running global corporations, occupying corner & boardrooms. Indian organizations are acquiring global companies on a regular basis. These are all established facts.
Axis
Earth’s axial tilt (Axis) is currently about 23.5 Degrees.
In astronomy, axial tilt, also known as obliquity, is the angle between an object’s rotational axis and its orbital axis. Earth’s obliquity oscillates between 22.1 and 24.5 degrees on a 41,000-year cycle.
Indus Region and the Axis of the Earth, both are depicted in our logo. Also, the two lines in the logo are at the exact same angle as Earths rotational axis and its orbital axis.
Drawing a corollary our belief is that the Earth’s Axis is again shifting to Indus/Indian region, as in geographical terms it does shift though in thousands of years. Just that this Axis shift is happening much faster and through Commerce, Intellect & Innovation; in the process making this region the most sort after just like it was before.
Therefore we have a firm belief that in the next few decades India would surely be positioned back to its old glory and even more.
We at Indus Axis are in a great position to contribute in this transition for India in our unique way as we have the Access and the Repository of the best Indian Intellect & Talent, which could be the greatest asset to all kinds of organizations as they evolve & expand in the Indian region.
